Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd. aims to operate 5,000 hotel rooms within the next 5 years and between 10,000 to 15,000 rooms in the subsequent 10 years. These properties will be developed under six distinct brands curated by the company.

We aim to accelerate this growth by leveraging 3D Volumetric Construction Technology, adopted by our group’s associate company, Modulx. This innovative approach enables the development of a 100-room hotel within just one year, significantly reducing project timelines.
